2.   Presentation and discussion from Michael Bryant with the S.E Utah Association of Governments on Land Use Authority.

3.   Discuss/approve/deny Ordinance No. 2010-03 Agricultural and Ordinance No. 2010-04 Supplemental.

4.   Discuss/approve/deny closing Elgin Avenue to allow Dan Nance more useable property.

5.   Discuss/approve/deny paying fair market value to Abe Snow and Keith Johnson for the property deeded to the city to allow for a wider street.  

6.   Discuss/approve/deny changes to the street project to allow better driveway access and more use of the curb and gutter for property owners located on North Long Street.

7.   Discuss/approve/deny Resolution No. 05-2010 for SPICE.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Green River Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 460 East Main Street in Green River, Utah to hear public comment on changes to the Agricultural zoning ordinance and Supplemental zoning ordinance.  Copies of these ordinances are available at City Hall.
